We start with discovery, then design the system flow, data structure and interface. That design is reviewed with your team before development begins, so the big changes happen at the design stage rather than after the system is live.
Development proceeds in stages that can be reviewed part by part. Once the system is running, monitoring and maintenance remain our responsibility.
